HOW TO MAKE IT

Let's cook.

01

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

02

Add the 1 pound of chicken breast strips to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

03

In a small bowl, whisk together the 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/4 cup of water until smooth and well combined. If the sauce is too thick, add another tablespoon of water until desired consistency is reached.

04

Arrange the 8 large lettuce leaves on a clean surface.

05

Divide the cooked chicken evenly among the lettuce leaves.

06

Top the chicken with 1 cup of shredded carrots and 1/2 cup of chopped red bell pepper.

07

Drizzle each wrap generously with the prepared peanut sauce.

08

Carefully fold or roll the lettuce leaves to create wraps. Serve immediately.
