Heat an oven-safe 10-inch skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of oil.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Cook undisturbed for 5 minutes until the bottom and edges begin to set.
Sprinkle the remaining feta and the chopped walnuts over the top of the frittata.
Transfer the skillet to the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the heat carefully and let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing into wedges.
