Fiery Korean Pork Bulgogi Skillet
Bring the bold flavors of Korea to your kitchen with this fiery pork bulgogi skillet. Thinly sliced pork, marinated in a vibrant gochujang sauce, comes together with crisp vegetables in under 30 minutes for a truly satisfying weeknight meal.
Let's cook.
In a medium bowl, combine the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the thinly sliced pork and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated pork to the hot skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, breaking up any clumps, until the pork is mostly cooked through and lightly browned.
Add the sliced onion and julienned carrot to the skillet. Continue to stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Serve the Korean Spicy Pork Bulgogi Skillet immediately with steamed rice.
