HOW TO MAKE IT

Let's cook.

01

In a medium bowl, combine the cubed chicken thighs, teriyaki sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to coat the chicken evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or up to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

02

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.

03

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

04

Thread the marinated chicken, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes alternately onto the skewers.

05

Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender-crisp and slightly charred. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).

06

Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
