Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Add broccoli florets to the skillet with the chicken. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
Pour the prepared teriyaki sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Stir constantly for 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat everything evenly.
Remove from heat and serve immediately over cooked white rice. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
