Add the pressed tofu cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or up to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

While the tofu marinates, thread the marinated tofu, bell pepper pieces, zucchini pieces, and red onion pieces alternately onto skewers.
