Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to the hot oil. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden, being careful not to burn it.
Add the seasoned shrimp and smoked paprika to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the fresh chopped parsley.
Serve immediately directly from the skillet, with plenty of crusty bread for dipping into the flavorful garlic oil.
