In a large bowl, combine the fine semolina, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Mix well.
Add the melted unsalted butter and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined, forming a thick batter.
Gently fold in the finely chopped pitted dates, chopped walnuts, and shredded coconut into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the dish for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
