Wash the fresh figs gently. Trim off the hard stem ends and then cut each fig into quarters, or halve them if they are very small.
Arrange the quartered figs in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
Evenly sprinkle the chopped walnuts, ground cinnamon, and lemon zest over the figs.
Drizzle the honey generously over all the figs and walnuts in the dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the figs are tender and slightly caramelized, and the walnuts are lightly toasted.
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with the orange blossom water. Serve warm as a delightful dessert.
